MakerKit ("we", "us", or "our") operates makerkit.app (the "App"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address and optionally your display name. This is required to create and access your account.
Content you create
We store the data you enter into MakerKit, including material names and costs, recipes, production runs, and sales records. This data is stored in your account and is only accessible by you.
App preferences
We store your settings including currency, hourly labor rate, and the type of products you make.
Analytics
We collect anonymized usage data to understand how the app is used and to improve it. This includes pages visited, features used, device type, geographic region at the country level, and page performance metrics. Analytics data does not include your account content or personally identifiable information.
We use third-party service providers for account authentication, secure data storage, application hosting, and anonymized usage analytics. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Your data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and stored securely in the cloud. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the App.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and all account content is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
